| This is a 'Director's Cut' of a psychedelicized collage of the 'Spinal Tap' mythos, which all started with the Rob Reiner cult 'mockumentary / rockumentary', blown up (much like one of the band's drummers) and glued back together with a bunch of other bits in there as well. Includes new versions of old favorites, some NCN mash-ups (Tap vs. Monty Python) and re-interpretations ('The Monkeys Are Asleep Today') as well as clips from the original 'Troggs Tape' of band-drama outtakes (on which the original band concept was based) popping in here and there. All material in this program is fragmentary, re-worked, and used fairly for the purpose of criticism and commentary of said material as expressed through its uniquely subjective, re-contextualized, and syntopical arrangement.
